Japanese Language Proficiency Test Practice Session

Registered for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)? Interested in taking it in the future? Just want to practice a little?

Join JETAA for a free practice session on Saturday, November 29th, 2 to 6 PM, at Sandy Hill Community Centre.

You tell us your level and we’ll provide the materials. Please note that this will all be in one room and so listening portions for other levels may play while you’re working. The actual test doesn’t allow it but for this one, feel free to bring headphones. 🎧

Film Synopsis: During a period of exceptionally rainy weather, high schooler Hodaka Morishima meets an orphan girl in Tokyo who can manipulate the weather.

We invite students, aspiring JET programme participants, JET alumni, friends of the Embassy and members of the public to join us for this movie event! We hope there is room for everyone but please be advised that we cannot guarantee seats as they will be provided on a “first come first serve” basis.

Fall 2025 Hike & Onsen Trip

On Saturday, October 18th from 1pm onwards, come and enjoy the outdoors as we walk the Luskville Falls Trail, which has a beautiful view of the Capital Region.
