The first Koto-An wagashi workshop in Ottawa was a great success! Thanks to the careful, step by step instructions, everyone was able to produce beautiful and delicious sweets, all while learning about the history of the ingredients. As per tradition, after singing our hearts out we walked on down to friendly neighbourhood Koichi Ramen for some excellent local ramen! Perfect shimé on a cold winter’s night of festivities!
